What's after 12th board exams? 

The day when we finish our board exams of intermediate, we all struck with a question of What's next? Majority of us have this dilemma into our mind or in a sense we are in a condition of being into "DEVIL AND DEEP SEA".

WE are confused after 12th where to build a lucrative and satisfying career, we have millions of career options and sometimes we fail to decide what to choose! and what to not?

Every field seems to us charming and appealing because we see the things from far distance, so we couldn't see the reality, we only see the things superficially, when we come closer we see the reality of the things.
To quote " A traveller in desert is always misleaded by MIRAGE", this very same things happens with us. At the age when we confront board exams, we are overloaded with hormones due to our Biology, and sometimes this very hormones due to less control on ourselves hijacks our intelligence and we fail to see the optimum career options for us, which need to addressed and corrected. 

The career decision is very crucial to build our future, and a well-established, secure future because the decision which we are going to take up to the age of 25 Years is going to play very important role in the next 30 Years, otherwise you will be in hotchpotch in whole life.
Please do ask yourself the following questions, before choosing to build your career in any area?

1.Why are you going to chose this field?
2.What are your merits for that particular field?
3.What are your plans to achieve excellence in that particular field?
4.Are you taking that particular option due to family pressure?
5.Do you willing to go ahead on that particular track?

All the above questions need to be addressed and resolved before going to dive in any particular field otherwise you are going to sink in that field and that's what happens with myriad of students who ultimately lose themselves their life which is truly unacceptable and condemnable .

Then, the most thing is giving yourself ample amount of time to decide what you have to do in your life, because it is your life , one and only you are the "CAPTAIN OF SHIP OF YOUR LIFE" and none other than you are going to decide your Destiny.
You need to figure out all the options and opportunities very intelligently, and explore every possible career options, if you are UNABLE, then don't bother much seriously because as time passes things revert on track and you are going to do only what you like otherwise you are only going to "DRAG YOU FEET" and ends up in frustration and hopelessness. 

As you matures with time, your intellect and thoughts evolve and your career decision refines more and you decides the best possible career for yourself whether it's Medical, technology, Natural Science, Arts, Law and Commerce etc...
Once you decide a particular career options, dip yourself into the ocean of Mastery in that field, because the world needs Quality and unfortunately it is littered with Quantity, which sometimes dominates the Quality which is the most disgusting experience in one's life.

To cite a story from real world, I myself once, tussled with my brain in which field I should build my career, so that I could be more productive , lucrative professional and worthy for the Nation.
Probably as we have some paleo-traits of our ancestors, we try to imitate things and I copied myself into ENGINEERING which sounds much pompous and appealing. But as I said things are going to happen naturally which you love to do and after a lots of confusion and mayhem, I finally rescued myself, and came back to build in the field of Natural Science, that is of my interest And I  am looking forward to build a stellar career in this field and serve the Nation.

One more story from a real life,case of a student who comes into college instantly after 12th , fails very badly to decide what to pursue if he has not been driven with pre-disposed mindset.
So, I met a boy in my college, who is now one of my bosom-friend is very much unwilling to pursue his career in Science as he looks more oriented and well-versed in the field of Arts and he has handsome knowledge of language and literature comprising his unwavering love for History. It might be possible that his decision to pursue career in the field of Science was due to family pressure and with the common mindset of "LOG KYA KAHENGE" to counter "LOGO KA KAAM HAIN KAHENA".Sometimes he lashes out at his decision on pursuing Science, but on the other he tries to justify himself and that is what I calls " MISLEADING YOURSELF ".

But, I am pretty much sure, he will correct his mistakes and refine his decision with time and emerge out as a Real Warrior and shine as Star in the field of his Interest. May, his Dream come true a d he will be a Bureaucrat of his country and frame policies for development of people of his country.
So,It is the most important decision to build a career, because your one wrong decision is going to ruin your whole life and you never satisfy and always filled with agony,anger and frustration.
The difficulty in decision making for career can be solved by talking to your family, friends, well-wishers and at last with yourself.

Don't procrastinate to talk on such real life dilemma and once you decide the career of your taste, you are going to Rock, and it is not necessary that you couldn't do anything in academics then you are going to fail, this is biggest fallacy. You might shine Sports, Music and many more field which you likes.
That's what you have to choose, so choose very wisely and intelligently.
